Umeå OK is the only club in Umeå specializing in orienteering and ski orienteering. Umeå OK has almost 400 members of which approximately 150 regularly participate in scheduled trainings and competitions. We organize a wide range of activities that suit all interested in orienteering – from children to veterans, from beginners and slow joggers to elite runners.

We have organized activities all year with trainings once or twice a week. You are welcome to visit Umeå OK´s trainings as a guest for a few times – if you like it and would like to continue you can do it as a member in the club.

As a member you can take part in most of the events for free, you can also buy our club dress for a low cost. We also offer our members to participate in bigger events like 10-mila, Jukola, Oringen and 25-manna.
